PROJECT CRITERIA
Is there a neglected, abandoned or potentially contaminated commercial property in your neighborhood that you would like Urban Verde to consider for its next project?
Our submission criteria are as follows:
- Property must be contaminated or show signs of potential contamination. Properties might include abandoned gas stations, industrial properties, factories, or vacant land littered with industrial-type drums, old machinery, or protruding pipes. If a property meets these criteria, we will conduct the environmental testing to determine the property's environmental condition.
- Please include the property address and Block and Lot number, if available. Include a recent photo showing the current condition of the property and a brief description of the property. Any information you may have about the history of the property would be helpful.
- Also include your vision for the property once the cleanup has been completed.
Projects are based on need and likelihood of a successful outcome and are selected by the Urban Verde Board.
